Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 82 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿وَمِنَ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ مَن يَغُوصُونَ لَهُۥ وَيَعۡمَلُونَ عَمَلٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَۖ وَكُنَّا لَهُمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 82]
﴿ومن الشياطين من يغوصون له ويعملون عملا دون ذلك وكنا لهم حافظين﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 82]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And of the devils were some who dived for him, and did other work besides that, and it was We Who guarded them |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And some of the devils dive for him and do work beside that and We were their guardians |
| Ali Quli Qarai Among the devils were some who dived for him and performed tasks other than that, and We were watchful over them |
| Ali Unal And of the jinn and satans (devils) were some who dived for him (to extract precious stones from the sea) and did other works besides, and We were keeping watch over them (to prevent them from disobeying him) |
| Hamid S Aziz And some devils (evil ones), who dived for him, and did other works beside, it was We who kept guard over them |
