﴿إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ ٱلۡغَٰفِلَٰتِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ لُعِنُواْ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ ﴾
[النور: 23]
﴿إن الذين يرمون المحصنات الغافلات المؤمنات لعنوا في الدنيا والآخرة ولهم عذاب﴾ [النور: 23]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those who slander chaste women, indiscreet but believing, are cursed in this life and in the hereafter, for them is a terrible penalty |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Those who accuse the unaware chaste believing women are cursed in this world and the hereafter and they have a great punishment |
Ali Quli Qarai Indeed those who accuse chaste and unwary faithful women shall be cursed in this world and the Hereafter, and there shall be a great punishment for them |
Ali Unal Those who falsely accuse chaste women, who are unaware of devious ways of corruption and are believers, are cursed in the world and the Hereafter, and for them is a mighty punishment |
Hamid S Aziz Verily, those who slander (cast aspersions) on virtuous (or chaste) women who have been careless (indiscreet) but believing, shall be cursed in this world and the Hereafter; theirs will be an awful doom |
John Medows Rodwell Verily, they who throw out charges against virtuous but careless women, who yet are believers, shall be cursed in this world and in the world to come; and a terrible punishment doth await them |
Literal That truly those who blame and accuse the chaste/married , the neglecting/disregarding (F) , the believing (F), were cursed/humiliated in the present world, and the end (other life) and for them (is) a great torture |
Mir Anees Original Those who accuse chaste innocent believing women, they are certainly cursed in this world and the hereafter and for them there will be a great punishment (on) |
