﴿فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصۡبَحُواْ نَٰدِمِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 157]
﴿فعقروها فأصبحوا نادمين﴾ [الشعراء: 157]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Still they hamstrung it, but then they became full of regrets |
| Ali Quli Qarai But they hamstrung her, whereupon they became regretful |
| Ali Unal But (after a time, being unable to put up with it any longer,) they cruelly slaughtered her, and then became regretful |
| John Medows Rodwell But they ham-strung her, and repented of it on the morrow |
| Mir Aneesuddin But they stabbed her then became regretters |
