﴿قَالَ أَلَمۡ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدٗا وَلَبِثۡتَ فِينَا مِنۡ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 18]
﴿قال ألم نربك فينا وليدا ولبثت فينا من عمرك سنين﴾ [الشعراء: 18]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Pharaoh said, “Did we not cherish you while you were a child among us, and did you not stay with us for many years of your life |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He (Pharaoh) said: did we not bring you up among us as a child, and you stayed among us for years of your life |
| Ali Quli Qarai He [i.e. Pharaoh] said, ‘Did we not rear you as a child among us, and did you not stay with us for years of your life |
| Ali Unal (When Moses delivered his message, the Pharaoh) said: "Did we not bring you up among us (in our palace) when you were a child? And you spent many years of your life among us |
| Hamid S Aziz And he said, "Did we not cherish you as a child amongst us? And did you not dwell amongst us for many years of your life |
| John Medows Rodwell He said, "Did we not rear thee among us when a child? And hast thou not passed years of thy life among us |
| Literal He said: "Did we not bring you up in (between) us (as) a child/new born, and you stayed/remained in (between) us years from your lifetime |
| Mir Anees Original He (Firawn) said, "Were you not fostered among us as a child? And you did stay among us for many years of your life |
| Mir Aneesuddin He (Pharaoh) said, "Were you not fostered among us as a child? And you did stay among us for many years of your life |
