Quran with English translation - Surah An-Naml ayat 34 - النَّمل - Page - Juz 19
﴿قَالَتۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُواْ قَرۡيَةً أَفۡسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوٓاْ أَعِزَّةَ أَهۡلِهَآ أَذِلَّةٗۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَفۡعَلُونَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 34]
﴿قالت إن الملوك إذا دخلوا قرية أفسدوها وجعلوا أعزة أهلها أذلة وكذلك﴾ [النَّمل: 34]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al She said, “Kings indeed, when they enter a country, ravish it, and make the most honorable of its people, its most humiliated, they do indeed |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad She said: indeed when the kings enter any town, they ruin it, and they make its most powerful (and respected) people most humiliated, and that is what they do |
Ali Quli Qarai She said, ‘Indeed when kings enter a town, they devastate it, and make the mightiest of its people the weakest. That is how they act |
Ali Unal She said: "When kings enter a country, they cause destruction and corruption in it, and make the noble (ones of its inhabitants) abased. This is what they really do |
