Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Qasas ayat 71 - القَصَص - Page - Juz 20
﴿قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ سَرۡمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَنۡ إِلَٰهٌ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأۡتِيكُم بِضِيَآءٍۚ أَفَلَا تَسۡمَعُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 71]
﴿قل أرأيتم إن جعل الله عليكم الليل سرمدا إلى يوم القيامة من﴾ [القَصَص: 71]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, do you see that if God were to make the night perpetual over you until the Day of Accountability, what god is there, other than God, that can give you light? Will you not then listen |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: what do you think if God makes the night continuous over you until the resurrection day, what god other than God brings you light? Do you not listen |
| Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘Tell me, if Allah were to make the night perpetual for you until the Day of Resurrection, what god other than Allah can bring you light? Will you not listen?’ |
| Ali Unal Say: "Have you ever considered that if God should make the night perpetual over you until the Day of Resurrection, is there a deity other than God who can bring you light? Will you not, then, give ear (to the truth and take heed) |
| Hamid S Aziz Have you considered, if Allah were to make for you the night endless until the Day of Resurrection, who is the god, but Allah, to bring you light? Will you not then hear |
| John Medows Rodwell SAY: What think ye? If God should enshroud you with a long night until the day of resurrection, what god beside God would bring you light? Will ye not then hearken |
| Literal Say: "Did you see/understand if God made/put on you the night continuous to the Resurrection Day? Which god other than God, brings you with a light/illumination , so do you not hear/listen |
| Mir Anees Original Say, “Do you consider, if Allah were to make the night everlasting on you till the day of resurrection, (then) who is the god other than Allah who could bring light to you? Will you not then hear?” |
| Mir Aneesuddin Say, “Do you consider, if God were to make the night everlasting on you till the day of resurrection, (then) who is the god other than God who could bring light to you? Will you not then hear?” |
