﴿وَلَا تُصَعِّرۡ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمۡشِ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَرَحًاۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخۡتَالٖ فَخُورٖ ﴾
[لُقمَان: 18]
﴿ولا تصعر خدك للناس ولا تمش في الأرض مرحا إن الله لا﴾ [لُقمَان: 18]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “And do not turn your cheek to people, nor walk in insolence through the earth, for God loves not any arrogant boaster |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And do not turn your cheek away from the people, and do not walk on the earth arrogantly, for God does not like every selfish show offs |
| Ali Quli Qarai Do not turn your cheek away disdainfully from the people, and do not walk exultantly on the earth. Indeed Allah does not like any swaggering braggart |
