Quran with English translation - Surah FaTir ayat 41 - فَاطِر - Page - Juz 22
﴿۞ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُمۡسِكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ أَن تَزُولَاۚ وَلَئِن زَالَتَآ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَهُمَا مِنۡ أَحَدٖ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورٗا ﴾
[فَاطِر: 41]
﴿إن الله يمسك السموات والأرض أن تزولا ولئن زالتا إن أمسكهما من﴾ [فَاطِر: 41]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al It is God Who sustains the heavens and the earth, lest they cease to function, and if they should fail, there is none, not one, who can sustain them thereafter. Indeed He is Most Understanding, Oft-Forgiving |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed God keeps the skies and the earth so that they do not stop (functioning), and if they stop no one can keep them (functioning) after Him. Indeed He is patient and forgiving |
| Ali Quli Qarai Indeed Allah sustains the heavens and the earth lest they should fall apart, and if they were to fall apart, there is none who can sustain them except Him. Indeed He is all-forbearing, all-forgiving |
| Ali Unal Surely God alone upholds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease to be. If they should start to fail, there is none that could uphold them (if He were to let them fail. That He does not let them fail, despite all the wrongdoing of His servants, is because) He is All-Clement (showing no haste to punish the errors of His servants), All-Forgiving |
| Hamid S Aziz Surely Allah sustains the heavens and the earth lest they fail (deviate, collapse); and if they should fail, there is none who can uphold them after Him; surely He is the Forbearing, the Forgiving |

| Literal That truly God holds/grasps/seizes the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth that (E) they (B) vanish/cease to exist , and if (E) they (B) vanished/ceased to exist , that truly/if (some one) grasped/seized them (B) from anyone from after Him, that He truly was/is clement , forgiving (God is the only one that holds the skies and earth in place, and when they do vanish at the resurrection, no one will hold them in place) |
| Mir Anees Original Allah certainly holds together the skies and the earth lest they get separated and if they get separated, no one other than Him can hold both of them together. He is certainly Clement, Protectively Forgiving |
