Quran with English translation - Surah Fussilat ayat 34 - فُصِّلَت - Page - Juz 24
﴿وَلَا تَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡحَسَنَةُ وَلَا ٱلسَّيِّئَةُۚ ٱدۡفَعۡ بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحۡسَنُ فَإِذَا ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَكَ وَبَيۡنَهُۥ عَدَٰوَةٞ كَأَنَّهُۥ وَلِيٌّ حَمِيمٞ ﴾
[فُصِّلَت: 34]
﴿ولا تستوي الحسنة ولا السيئة ادفع بالتي هي أحسن فإذا الذي بينك﴾ [فُصِّلَت: 34]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And not equal are benefit and harm. Repel wrong with what is better. Then the two who hated each other will become close friends |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And the good and the bad are not equal. Repel (and respond) with that which is better, then all of a sudden the one that there is an enmity between you and him becomes as if he is your close friend |
| Ali Quli Qarai Good and evil [conduct] are not equal. Repel [evil] with what is best. [If you do so,] he between whom and you was enmity, will then be as though he were a sympathetic friend |
| Ali Unal Goodness and evil can never be equal. Repel evil with what is better (or best). Then see: the one between whom and you there was enmity has become a bosom friend |
