﴿وَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَهَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ إِنَّهُمۡ لَمَعَكُمۡۚ حَبِطَتۡ أَعۡمَٰلُهُمۡ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 53]
﴿ويقول الذين آمنوا أهؤلاء الذين أقسموا بالله جهد أيمانهم إنهم لمعكم حبطت﴾ [المَائدة: 53]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And those who believe will say, “Are these the people who swore their strongest promises by God that they were with you?” All that they do will be in vain and they will fall into ruin |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And those who believed say: are these those who swore their most solemn oaths by God that they are with you? Their works became useless and they became losers |
Ali Quli Qarai and the faithful will say, ‘Are these the ones who swore by Allah with solemn oaths that they were with you?!’ Their works have failed, and they have become losers |
Ali Unal And those who believe will say (to each other): "Are those the self-same people who swore by God their most solemn oaths that they were indeed with you?" Their works have gone to waste and they have become losers |
Hamid S Aziz Then those who believe say, "Are these they who swore by Allah with their strongest oath that they were surely with you?"- Their works have failed and they shall wake up ruined |
John Medows Rodwell Then will the faithful say, "What! are these they who swore, by their most solemn oath, that they were surely with you?" Vain their works; and themselves shall come to ruin |
Literal And those who believed, say: "Are those, those who swore by God their right`s/oath`s utmost that they (are) with you (E), their deeds wasted, so they became losers |
Mir Anees Original And those who believe will say, "Are these the persons who swore by Allah, being strong in their oaths, that they were with you?" Their deeds have become fruitless therefore they have become losers |
Mir Aneesuddin And those who believe will say, "Are these the persons who swore by God, being strong in their oaths, that they were with you?" Their deeds have become fruitless therefore they have become losers |
