Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 128 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 8
﴿وَيَوۡمَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ جَمِيعٗا يَٰمَعۡشَرَ ٱلۡجِنِّ قَدِ ٱسۡتَكۡثَرۡتُم مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِۖ وَقَالَ أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِ رَبَّنَا ٱسۡتَمۡتَعَ بَعۡضُنَا بِبَعۡضٖ وَبَلَغۡنَآ أَجَلَنَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَجَّلۡتَ لَنَاۚ قَالَ ٱلنَّارُ مَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٞ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 128]
﴿ويوم يحشرهم جميعا يامعشر الجن قد استكثرتم من الإنس وقال أولياؤهم من﴾ [الأنعَام: 128]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al One day He will gather them all together and say, “O you assembly of jinn, much did you take from humanity.” Their friends among humanity will say, “Our Guardian Evolver, we made profit from each other, but we reached our term which You appointed for us.” He will say, “The fire will be your dwelling-place, you will dwell there forever, except as God wills.” For your Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And on a day that He gathers them all (saying): you clan of the Jinn, you have seduced many human beings. And their friends among the human beings say: our Master, some of us profited from others, and we reached our appointed time that You appointed for us. He says: the fire is your residence, remaining in there forever unless God wants (to save you). Your Master is indeed wise and knowledgeable |
| Ali Quli Qarai On the day He will gather them all together, [He will say], ‘O company of jinn! You claimed many of the humans.’ Their friends from among the humans will say, ‘Our Lord, we used each other, and we completed our term which You had appointed for us.’ He will say, ‘The Fire is your abode, to remain in it [forever], except what Allah may wish.’ Indeed your Lord is all-wise, all-knowing |
| Ali Unal On the day when He will raise to life and gather them (jinn and humankind, believers and unbelievers) all together, (He says): "O you assembly of the jinn! You have seduced a good many of humankind (and included them in your company)." Their closest fellows from among humankind will (confess and) say: "Our Lord! We enjoyed one another (in self-interested fellowship, serving one another’s selfish ends), and now we have reached the end of our term that You appointed for us." He (God) will say: "The Fire is now your dwelling to abide therein – God decrees however He wills." Indeed your Lord is All-Wise, All-Knowing (Whose every decree and act are based on absolute wisdom and knowledge) |

And their votaries from among men shall say, "O our Lord! we rendered one another mutual services: but we have reached our set term, which thou hast set for us." | Literal And a day (when) He gathers them all together , you the Jinn`s race , you had become more than the human , and their allies/patrons from the human said: "Our Lord, some of us enjoyed with some (of them) and we reached our term/time that You delayed for us." He said: "The fire (is) your residence , (you are) immortally in it except what (who) God wanted/willed, that your Lord (is) wise/judicious, knowledgeable |
| Mir Anees Original And one day He will gather them all together, "O assembly of jinn ! you indeed sought many of the human beings." And their friends from among the human beings will say, "Our Fosterer ! some of us profited through others and we have reached our term which You termed for us." He will say, "The fire is your home, therein you will stay," except as Allah wills, your Fosterer is certainly Wise, Knowing |
