And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief,

﴿وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴾
[المُطَففين: 12]

And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience of Allah, the sinner)
