Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Fajr ayat 15 - الفَجر - Page - Juz 30
﴿فَأَمَّا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِذَا مَا ٱبۡتَلَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ فَأَكۡرَمَهُۥ وَنَعَّمَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّيٓ أَكۡرَمَنِ ﴾
[الفَجر: 15]
﴿فأما الإنسان إذا ما ابتلاه ربه فأكرمه ونعمه فيقول ربي أكرمن﴾ [الفَجر: 15]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Now, as for humanity, when their Lord tries them, giving them honor and gifts, they then say, “My Lord has honored me.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad As for the human being, when his Master tests him and honors him and favors him, then he says: my Master honored me |
| Ali Unal And so, human – when his Lord tries him by bestowing favors on him – says: "My Lord has honored me |
| Hamid S Aziz Now as for man, whenever his Lord tries him and honours him and grants him favour, then he says, "My Lord has honoured me |
| John Medows Rodwell As to man, when his Lord trieth him and honoureth him and is bounteous to him, Then saith he, "My Lord honoureth me |
| Literal So but the human/mankind when as long as his Lord tested him, so he honoured him and He blessed/comforted and eased him , so he says: "My Lord honored me |
| Mir Anees Original So as for man, whenever his Fosterer tries him by honouring him and favouring him, then he says, “My Fosterer has honoured me.” |
| Mir Aneesuddin So as for man, whenever his Lord tries him by honouring him and favouring him, then he says, “My Lord has honoured me.” |
