﴿قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ ﴾
[الشعراء: 155]
﴿قال هذه ناقة لها شرب ولكم شرب يوم معلوم﴾ [الشعراء: 155]
Shabbir Ahmed He said, "Behold, this she-camel. (She represents the weak and poor). She being (ownerless) has the right to drink at the well, just as you have the right to water (your flock) at the time of watering |
Syed Vickar Ahamed He said: "Here is a she-camel: She has a right to (come to the) water, and you have a right to (come to the) water, on a day appointed |
Talal A Itani New Translation He said, 'This is a she-camel; she has her turn of drinking, and you have your turn of drinking—on a specified day |
