﴿عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ﴾
[المَعَارج: 41]
﴿على أن نبدل خيرا منهم وما نحن بمسبوقين﴾ [المَعَارج: 41]
| Shabbir Ahmed To replace them by others better than they are. For, there is nothing to prevent Us |
