﴿قَالَ سَـَٔاوِيٓ إِلَىٰ جَبَلٖ يَعۡصِمُنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَآءِۚ قَالَ لَا عَاصِمَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَۚ وَحَالَ بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلۡمَوۡجُ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُغۡرَقِينَ ﴾
[هُود: 43]
﴿قال سآوي إلى جبل يعصمني من الماء قال لا عاصم اليوم من﴾ [هُود: 43]
| Abdel Haleem But he replied, ‘I will seek refuge on a mountain to save me from the water.’ Noah said, ‘Today there is no refuge from God’s command, except for those on whom He has mercy.’ The waves cut them off from each other and he was among the drowned |
| Abdul Hye He (the son) replied: “I will take myself (refuge) to a mountain; which will save me from the water.” Noah said: This Day there is no savior from the Decree of Allah except the one on whom He has Mercy.” The wave came in between them, so he (the son) was among the drowned |
