﴿قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي وَهَنَ ٱلۡعَظۡمُ مِنِّي وَٱشۡتَعَلَ ٱلرَّأۡسُ شَيۡبٗا وَلَمۡ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 4]
﴿قال رب إني وهن العظم مني واشتعل الرأس شيبا ولم أكن بدعائك﴾ [مَريَم: 4]
Abdel Haleem ‘Lord, my bones have weakened and my hair is ashen grey, but never, Lord, have I ever prayed to You in vain |
Abdul Hye he said: "O my Lord! Indeed I have grown weak bones, head of mine has turned grey, and I have never been unblessed in my invocation to You, O my Lord |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali Praying: "O my Lord! infirm indeed are my bones, and the hair of my head doth glisten with grey: but never am I unblest, O my Lord, in my prayer to Thee |
