﴿وَمَن يَدۡعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ لَا بُرۡهَٰنَ لَهُۥ بِهِۦ فَإِنَّمَا حِسَابُهُۥ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ ﴾
[المؤمنُون: 117]
﴿ومن يدع مع الله إلها آخر لا برهان له به فإنما حسابه﴾ [المؤمنُون: 117]
| Abdel Haleem Whoever prays to another god alongside Him- a god for whose existence he has no evidence- will face his reckoning with his Lord. Those who reject the truth will not prosper |
| Abdul Hye And those who invoke any other one worthy of worship besides Allah, of which there is no proof, and then surely their reckoning is with their Lord. Surely! The disbelievers will not be successful |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And whosoever calleth, along with Allah, unto anot her god, of whom he hath no warranty, then his reckoning is only with his Lord; verily thrive will not the infidels |
| Ahmed Ali Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper |

| Ali Quli Qarai Whoever invokes besides Allah another god of which he has no proof, his reckoning will indeed rest with his Lord. Indeed the faithless will not be felicitous |
