﴿قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ ﴾
[الشعراء: 155]
﴿قال هذه ناقة لها شرب ولكم شرب يوم معلوم﴾ [الشعراء: 155]
| Abdel Haleem He said, ‘Here is a camel. She should have her turn to drink and so should you, each on a specified day |
| Abdul Hye He (Saleh) said: “This is a she-camel (Allah sent as you asked); it has a right to drink water and you have a right to drink water on a known day |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali He said: "Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi He said: yonder is a she-camel; to her a drink, and to you a drink, each on a day known |
| Ahmed Ali (Saleh) said: "Here is a she-camel. She has a right of drinking water, and you have a right of drinking it on appointed turns |
| Aisha Bewley He said, ´Here is a she-camel. She has a time for drinking and you have a time for drinking — on specified days |
