﴿فَأَلۡقَوۡاْ حِبَالَهُمۡ وَعِصِيَّهُمۡ وَقَالُواْ بِعِزَّةِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 44]
﴿فألقوا حبالهم وعصيهم وقالوا بعزة فرعون إنا لنحن الغالبون﴾ [الشعراء: 44]
Abdel Haleem They threw their ropes and staffs, saying, ‘By Pharaoh’s might, we shall be victorious.’ |
Abdul Hye So they threw their ropes and their sticks, and said: “By the might of Pharaoh, it is we who will be the winners!” |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali So they threw their ropes and their rods, and said: "By the might of Pharaoh, it is we who will certainly win |
