﴿فَقَدۡ كَذَّبُواْ فَسَيَأۡتِيهِمۡ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُاْ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 6]
﴿فقد كذبوا فسيأتيهم أنباء ما كانوا به يستهزئون﴾ [الشعراء: 6]
Abdel Haleem they deny it, but the truth of what they scorned will soon hit them |
Abdul Hye So they have denied (this Qur’an), then the news will come to them of what they were mocking at |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at |
Abdul Majid Daryabadi So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock |
Ahmed Ali Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at |
Aisha Bewley They have denied the truth, but the news of what they mocked will certainly come to them |
