﴿فَـَٔاتِ ذَا ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ حَقَّهُۥ وَٱلۡمِسۡكِينَ وَٱبۡنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٞ لِّلَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ ﴾
[الرُّوم: 38]
﴿فآت ذا القربى حقه والمسكين وابن السبيل ذلك خير للذين يريدون وجه﴾ [الرُّوم: 38]
| Abdel Haleem So give their due to the near relative, the needy, and the wayfarer- that is best for those whose goal is God’s approval: these are the ones who will prosper |
| Abdul Hye (O believers) give what is due to your relative, the poor, and the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek the pleasure of Allah and it is they who will be successful |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali So give what is due to kindred, the needy, and the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek the Countenance, of Allah, and it is they who will prosper |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi So give thou unto the kinsman his due and unto the needy and unto the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek Allah's countenance; and those: they are the blissful ones |
