﴿فِي بِضۡعِ سِنِينَۗ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ مِن قَبۡلُ وَمِنۢ بَعۡدُۚ وَيَوۡمَئِذٖ يَفۡرَحُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ﴾
[الرُّوم: 4]
﴿في بضع سنين لله الأمر من قبل ومن بعد ويومئذ يفرح المؤمنون﴾ [الرُّوم: 4]
| Abdel Haleem in a few years’ time––God is in command, first and last. On that day, the believers will rejoice |
| Abdul Hye within a few years. Allah is in command with the matter before (the defeat of the Romans by Persians in 615 CE) and after (the defeat of Persians by Romans in 625 CE). On that day, the believers will rejoice (for victory) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Within a few years. With Allah is the Decision, in the past and in the Future: on that Day shall the Believers rejoice |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi In some few years. Allah's is the command, before and after. And on that day the believers wiil rejoice |
