﴿إِن تَدۡعُوهُمۡ لَا يَسۡمَعُواْ دُعَآءَكُمۡ وَلَوۡ سَمِعُواْ مَا ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ لَكُمۡۖ وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ يَكۡفُرُونَ بِشِرۡكِكُمۡۚ وَلَا يُنَبِّئُكَ مِثۡلُ خَبِيرٖ ﴾
[فَاطِر: 14]
﴿إن تدعوهم لا يسمعوا دعاءكم ولو سمعوا ما استجابوا لكم ويوم القيامة﴾ [فَاطِر: 14]
| Abdel Haleem if you call them they cannot hear you; if they could hear, they could not answer you; on the Day of Resurrection they will disown your idolatry. None can inform you [Prophet] like the One who is all aware |
| Abdul Hye If you pray to them, they don’t hear your call, and even if they hear you, they can not answer you. On the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your worshipping them. None can inform you (O mankind) like the One Who is the All-Knower |
