﴿وَمَآ أَصَٰبَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٖ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتۡ أَيۡدِيكُمۡ وَيَعۡفُواْ عَن كَثِيرٖ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 30]
﴿وما أصابكم من مصيبة فبما كسبت أيديكم ويعفو عن كثير﴾ [الشُّوري: 30]
| Abdel Haleem Whatever misfortune befalls you [people], it is because of what your own hands have done- God forgives much |
| Abdul Hye Whatever misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. He pardons from much (of your misdeeds) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Whatever misfortune happens to you, is because on the things your hands have wrought, and for many (of them) He grants forgiveness |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And whatsoever of affliction befalleth you is owing to that which your hands have earned; and He pardoneth much |
| Ahmed Ali Whatever misfortune befalls you is a consequence of your deeds; yet He forgives much |
| Aisha Bewley Any disaster that strikes you is through what your own hands have earned and He pardons much |
