﴿تَنزِعُ ٱلنَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمۡ أَعۡجَازُ نَخۡلٖ مُّنقَعِرٖ ﴾
[القَمَر: 20]
﴿تنـزع الناس كأنهم أعجاز نخل منقعر﴾ [القَمَر: 20]
| Abdel Haleem it swept people away like uprooted palm trunks |
| Abdul Hye snatching out the people as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Plucking out men as if they were roots of palm-trees torn up (from the ground) |
