﴿وَقَٰتِلُوهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتۡنَةٞ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ كُلُّهُۥ لِلَّهِۚ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوۡاْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 39]
﴿وقاتلوهم حتى لا تكون فتنة ويكون الدين كله لله فإن انتهوا فإن﴾ [الأنفَال: 39]
| Abdel Haleem [Believers], fight them until there is no more persecution, and all worship is devoted to God alone: if they desist, then God sees all that they do |
| Abdul Hye And (O believers) fight them until there is no more mischief and the religion (Islam) is established completely for Allah alone. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then surely, Allah is All-Seer of what they do |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And fight against them until there be no temptations and their obedience be wholly unto Allah. So if they desist, thens verily Allah is the Beholder of that which they do |
| Ahmed Ali So, fight them till all opposition ends, and obedience is wholly God's. If they desist then verily God sees all they do |
