﴿وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِن قَوۡمٍ خِيَانَةٗ فَٱنۢبِذۡ إِلَيۡهِمۡ عَلَىٰ سَوَآءٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡخَآئِنِينَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 58]
﴿وإما تخافن من قوم خيانة فانبذ إليهم على سواء إن الله لا﴾ [الأنفَال: 58]
| Abdel Haleem And if you learn of treachery on the part of any people, throw their treaty back at them, for God does not love the treacherous |
| Abdul Hye If you (O Muhammad) fear treachery from any people, throw back (their covenant) to them on equal terms. Certainly Allah does not like the treacherous |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali If thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their covenant) to them, (so as to be) on equal terms: for Allah loveth not the treacherous |
