﴿قُلۡ مَن يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمَّن يَمۡلِكُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَمَن يُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡحَيَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَيِّتِ وَيُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَيِّتَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَيِّ وَمَن يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَۚ فَسَيَقُولُونَ ٱللَّهُۚ فَقُلۡ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 31]
﴿قل من يرزقكم من السماء والأرض أمن يملك السمع والأبصار ومن يخرج﴾ [يُونس: 31]
| Dr Kamal Omar Say: “Who provides you sustenance from the direction of the sky and from the earth? Or who owns the hearing and the sights? And who brings out the living from the dead, and brings out the dead from the living? And who disposes the affair?” Then immediately they say: “Allah.” Then say: would you, then, not pay obedience (to Allah)?” |

And Who brings out the living from the dead and brings out the dead from the living? And who manages the command? They will, then, say: God! Say: Will you not be Godfearing |

Who causes the living to emerge from the dead, and the dead from the living? Who regulates all these things?" They will concur and reply, "Allah!" Say, "Do you then, not fear Him |

And who bringeth forth the living from the dead, and bringeth forth the dead from the living? And who governeth all things? They will surely answer, God. Say, will ye not therefore fear Him |
| Maududi Ask them: `Who provides you with sustenance out of the heavens and the earth? Who holds mastery over your hearing and sight? Who brings forth the living from the dead and the dead from the living? Who governs all affairs of the universe?` They will surely say: `Allah.` Tell them: `Will you, then, not shun (going against reality) |
