﴿وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ فَٱخۡتُلِفَ فِيهِۚ وَلَوۡلَا كَلِمَةٞ سَبَقَتۡ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّنۡهُ مُرِيبٖ ﴾
[هُود: 110]
﴿ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب فاختلف فيه ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي﴾ [هُود: 110]
| Dr Kamal Omar And indeed, We delivered to Musa Al-Kitab, then difference of opinion was created in it. And if a statement was not already issued from your Nourisher-Sustainer, the decision would have been pronounced amongst them. And indeed, they are surely in grave doubt concerning it |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And, certainly, We gave Moses the Book, but they were at variance about it. And if it were not for a Word that preceded from thy Lord, it would be decided between them. And, truly, they were uncertain about it, ones in grave doubt |
