﴿وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗۖ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ مُخۡتَلِفِينَ ﴾
[هُود: 118]
﴿ولو شاء ربك لجعل الناس أمة واحدة ولا يزالون مختلفين﴾ [هُود: 118]
Dr Kamal Omar And if your Nourisher-Sustainer had willed He could have surely made mankind one homogenous community (under compulsion. But He Himself granted them the liberty of choice). And they will not cease of being those who remain in disagreement and under disputes — |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And if thy Lord willed, He would have made humanity one community. But they cease not to be ones who are at variance |
