﴿وَلَئِن شِئۡنَا لَنَذۡهَبَنَّ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهِۦ عَلَيۡنَا وَكِيلًا ﴾
[الإسرَاء: 86]
﴿ولئن شئنا لنذهبن بالذي أوحينا إليك ثم لا تجد لك به علينا﴾ [الإسرَاء: 86]
| Dr Kamal Omar And if We thought proper We would surely take away (from your memory) that which We have sent you as inspiration (i.e., the whole or any specific part of Al-Kitab). Then you would not find for yourself against Us a protector — regarding it |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And if We willed, We would, certainly, take away what We revealed to thee. Again, thou wouldst not find for thee in that any trustee against Us |
| Dr Munir Munshey Surely, if We please We could revoke the knowledge revealed to you thus far. Then, you will find nothing to promote your cause with Us |
