As to the young man, –who was evil personified- his parents are 18:80 Tafsir_English translation

﴿وَأَمَّا ٱلۡغُلَٰمُ فَكَانَ أَبَوَاهُ مُؤۡمِنَيۡنِ فَخَشِينَآ أَن يُرۡهِقَهُمَا طُغۡيَٰنٗا وَكُفۡرٗا ﴾
[الكَهف: 80]

As to the young man, –who was evil personified- his parents are righteous people and they would have, through affection and compassion, admitted of relaxation in Allah's system of faith and worship

ترجمة: وأما الغلام فكان أبواه مؤمنين فخشينا أن يرهقهما طغيانا وكفرا, باللغة الإنجليزية تفسير
