﴿قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَإِنَّكُمۡ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 42]
﴿قال نعم وإنكم إذا لمن المقربين﴾ [الشعراء: 42]
| Dr Kamal Omar He said: “Yes (of course), and verily you shall then, surely be of those who have been delegated nearness (to my person).” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Pharaoh said: Yes! Truly, you will be the ones who are brought near to me |
| Dr Munir Munshey (The pharaoh) said, "Yes! In that case, you will become my close associates |
| Edward Henry Palmer Said he, 'Yes; and, verily, ye shall then be of those who are nigh (my throne) |
| Farook Malik Pharoah replied: "Yes of course! You will even be made my courtiers |
| George Sale He answered, yea; and ye shall surely be of those who approach my person |
| Maududi He said: "Yes, you will then become those near-stationed to me |
