﴿أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُولِجُ ٱلَّيۡلَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلّٞ يَجۡرِيٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ ﴾
[لُقمَان: 29]
﴿ألم تر أن الله يولج الليل في النهار ويولج النهار في الليل﴾ [لُقمَان: 29]
| Dr Kamal Omar Don’t you see that Allah merges the night into the day and merges the day into the night? [The day-time gets reduced and the night-hours get extended]. And He has controlled and regulated the sun and the moon, all continue in motion and movement for a specified term; and that Allah is All-Aware of what you do |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Hast thou not considered that God causes the nighttime to be interposed into the daytime and causes the daytime to be interposed into the nighttime and caused the sun to become subservient and the moon, each run for a term, that which is determined and that God is Aware of what you do |
