﴿وَحِيلَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَبَيۡنَ مَا يَشۡتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشۡيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبۡلُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ فِي شَكّٖ مُّرِيبِۭ ﴾
[سَبإ: 54]
﴿وحيل بينهم وبين ما يشتهون كما فعل بأشياعهم من قبل إنهم كانوا﴾ [سَبإ: 54]
| Dr Kamal Omar And (a barrier) got set between them and that which they desire, as was done with the sects (cults) similar to them in the past. Verily, they have remained in grave doubt (regarding the Book of Allah) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And a barrier was set up between them and between that for which they lust just as was accomplished with partisans before. Truly, they had been uncertain, in grave doubt |
