﴿۞ قُلۡ أَئِنَّكُمۡ لَتَكۡفُرُونَ بِٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي يَوۡمَيۡنِ وَتَجۡعَلُونَ لَهُۥٓ أَندَادٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[فُصِّلَت: 9]
﴿قل أئنكم لتكفرون بالذي خلق الأرض في يومين وتجعلون له أندادا ذلك﴾ [فُصِّلَت: 9]
| Dr Kamal Omar Say: “Do you verily, indeed disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two aeons; and you set up unto Him rivals? This is Nourisher-Sustainer to the worlds |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Say: Truly, are you ungrateful to Him Who created the earth in two days? And assign you to Him rivals? That is the Lord of the worlds |
| Dr Munir Munshey Say, "Do you dare to disbelieve in the One Who created the earth in two periods of time? Do you dare to set up others as His equal? It is the Lord of the universe (you have dared to disobey) |
| Edward Henry Palmer Say, 'What! do ye really misbelieve in Him who created the earth in two days, and do ye make peers for Him?- that is the Lord of the worlds |
| Farook Malik Ask them: "Do you really deny the One Who created the earth in two periods and do you set up rivals in worship with Him while He is the Lord of the worlds |
| George Sale Say, do ye indeed disbelieve in Him who created the earth in two days; and do ye set up equals unto Him? He is the Lord of all creatures |
| Maududi Tell them, (O Prophet): "Do you indeed disbelieve in Him and assign compeers to Him Who created the earth in two days? He is the Lord of all beings of the Universe |
