﴿لَقَدۡ جِئۡنَٰكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ ﴾
[الزُّخرُف: 78]
﴿لقد جئناكم بالحق ولكن أكثركم للحق كارهون﴾ [الزُّخرُف: 78]
| Dr Kamal Omar Surely indeed, We came to you with Al-Haqq (‘The Truth’) but a vast majority of you people are those who feel disgust against Al-Haqq |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Certainly, We brought about The Truth to you, but most of you are ones who dislike The Truth |
| Dr Munir Munshey We had surely brought you the absolute truth. But most of you loathe the truth |
| Edward Henry Palmer We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse from the truth |
| Farook Malik We have brought you the truth, but most of you hate the truth |
| George Sale We brought you the truth heretofore, but the greater part of you abhorred the truth |
