﴿مَنۡ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ أَسَآءَ فَعَلَيۡهَاۖ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ تُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[الجاثِية: 15]
﴿من عمل صالحا فلنفسه ومن أساء فعليها ثم إلى ربكم ترجعون﴾ [الجاثِية: 15]
| Dr Kamal Omar Whosoever performed righteous deeds — then (it is) in the interest of his own self; and whosoever did evil so (it is) against her (Nafs). Afterwards you will be made to return to your Nourisher-Sustainer |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Whoever did as one in accord with morality, it is for himself and whoever did evil, it is against himself. Again, to your Lord you will be returned |
| Dr Munir Munshey The one doing the righteous deeds, as also the one committing evil deeds, does so for his own sake. Then, towards your Lord you shall (all) return |
