﴿وَيَوۡمَ يُعۡرَضُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَذۡهَبۡتُمۡ طَيِّبَٰتِكُمۡ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُم بِهَا فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ عَذَابَ ٱلۡهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَيۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡسُقُونَ ﴾
[الأحقَاف: 20]
﴿ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم﴾ [الأحقَاف: 20]
| Dr Kamal Omar And the Day those who have disbelieved are exposed to the Fire, (they would be told): “You have received in full your due as palatable and desirable things in your life of the immediate world and you fully enjoyed therewith. So, this Day you shall be rewarded a humiliating punishment because you used to behave in arrogance in the land without right; and because you used to rebel and disobey. ” |

Then, you will be given recompense with a punishment of humiliation because you had been growing arrogant on the earth without right and because you had been disobeying |

So, degrading chastisement shall be yours on this Day for you waxed arrogant in the earth without justification and acted iniquitously |
