﴿وَلَوۡ قَٰتَلَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوَلَّوُاْ ٱلۡأَدۡبَٰرَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا ﴾
[الفَتح: 22]
﴿ولو قاتلكم الذين كفروا لولوا الأدبار ثم لا يجدون وليا ولا نصيرا﴾ [الفَتح: 22]
| Dr Kamal Omar And if would have fought against you those who have disbelieved they certainly would have turned (their) backs (in spite of being greater in numbers), then they will not find a wali and nor a helper |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And if those who were ungrateful fought you, they would have turned their backs. Again, they would not have found a protector or a helper |
| Dr Munir Munshey If the unbelievers had engaged you in combat at that time, they would have turned their backs (and fled). Then, they would not have found any allies or supporters |
