﴿وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 21]
﴿ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا﴾ [الأنعَام: 21]
Dr Kamal Omar And who is more wrong-doer than one who invented against Allah (evident) falsehood or belied His Ayaat? Certainly it is that the transgressors do not attain success |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And who does greater wrong than he who devised a lie against God or denied His signs. Truly, the ones who are unjust will not prosper |
Dr Munir Munshey Who can commit a greater evil than the one inventing lies about Allah and rejecting His revelations? Indeed such culprits will never be successful (in the life-to-come) |
Edward Henry Palmer Who is more unjust than he who forges against God a lie, or says His signs are lies? verily, the unjust shall not prosper |
Farook Malik Who can be more wicked than a person who forges a lie against Allah or denies His revelations? Surely the wrongdoers shall never get salvation |
George Sale And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against God or treat His Signs as lies? Surely the unjust shall not prosper |
Maududi And who could be more wrong-doing than he who either foists a lie on Allah or gives the lie to His signs? Surely such wrong-doers shall not attain success |
