﴿وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلۡيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطٗاۚ وَكُلّٗا فَضَّلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 86]
﴿وإسماعيل واليسع ويونس ولوطا وكلا فضلنا على العالمين﴾ [الأنعَام: 86]
| Dr Kamal Omar And Ismaiel, and Al-Yas’a, and Yunus, and Lout — and all (of these) We preferred over the worlds |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot. We gave all an advantage over the worlds |
| Dr Munir Munshey And Ismail, Alyasa, Yunus, and Loot! We gave each one of them preference over the rest of mankind |
| Edward Henry Palmer and Ishmael and Elisha and Jonas and Lot, each one have we preferred above the worlds |
| Farook Malik and Ishmael, Elisha, Jonah and Lot. We exalted every one of them over the worlds |
| George Sale And We also guided Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot! and each one of them did We exalt above the people |
| Maududi (And of his descendants We guided) Isma´il (Ishmael), al-Yasa´ (Elisha), Yunus (Jonah), and Lut (Lot). And each one of them We favoured over all mankind |
