﴿كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡعَذَابُۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَكۡبَرُۚ لَوۡ كَانُواْ يَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾
[القَلَم: 33]
﴿كذلك العذاب ولعذاب الآخرة أكبر لو كانوا يعلمون﴾ [القَلَم: 33]
| Dr Kamal Omar Like this (comes) the punishment (from Allah in this very world); and indeed the punishment in the Hereafter is greater, provided the people had been knowing (such facts of existence) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Thus, this is the punishment of this present life, but the punishment of the world to come is greater, if they had been knowing |
| Dr Munir Munshey Such is the punishment (in this life), but the torment of the afterlife is far greater, if they only knew |
