﴿قُلۡ أَمَرَ رَبِّي بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ وَأَقِيمُواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسۡجِدٖ وَٱدۡعُوهُ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَۚ كَمَا بَدَأَكُمۡ تَعُودُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 29]
﴿قل أمر ربي بالقسط وأقيموا وجوهكم عند كل مسجد وادعوه مخلصين له﴾ [الأعرَاف: 29]
| Dr Kamal Omar Say: “My Nourisher-Sustainer has given command based on justice." And establish your attentions at all mosques and invoke Him (Alone) acting as those who are pure and sincere to Him in (the matters of) Religion. As He initiated you (in this world as your first life-span, so) you will appear again (for the life-span in the Hereafter) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Say: My Lord commanded me to equity. And set your faces at every place of prostration and call to Him ones who are sincere and devoted in the way of life to Him. As He began you, you will revert to Him |
| Dr Munir Munshey Say, "My Lord enjoins justice. In every place of worship, set your faces (and attention) towards Him. Invoke Him with sincerity and devotion, by making faith His exclusive domain. You would return to life just like He created you (the first time) |

| George Sale Say, my Lord hath commanded me to observe justice; therefore set your faces to pray at every place of worship, and call upon Him, approving unto Him the sincerity of your religion. As He produced you at first, so unto Him shall ye return |
| Maududi Say to them (0 Muhammad): ´My Lord enjoins justice; and that you set your faces aright at the time of every Prayer; and that you call upon Him, exclusively dedicating your faith to Him. You shall return to Him as you were created.´ |
