﴿وَأَلَّفَ بَيۡنَ قُلُوبِهِمۡۚ لَوۡ أَنفَقۡتَ مَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا مَّآ أَلَّفۡتَ بَيۡنَ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَلَّفَ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 63]
﴿وألف بين قلوبهم لو أنفقت ما في الأرض جميعا ما ألفت بين﴾ [الأنفَال: 63]
| Dr Kamal Omar And He has developed love and affection between their (i.e., the Believers’) hearts. If you had spent, whatever is in the earth altogether, you could not have developed love and affection between their hearts, but Allah developed love and affection amongst them (for one another). Certainly He is All-Mighty, All-Wise |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And He brought their hearts together. If thou hadst spent all that is in and on the earth, thou wouldst not have brought together their hearts, except God brought them together. Truly, He is Almighty, Wise |
