﴿إِنَّمَآ أُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ رَبَّ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡبَلۡدَةِ ٱلَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُۥ كُلُّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 91]
﴿إنما أمرت أن أعبد رب هذه البلدة الذي حرمها وله كل شيء﴾ [النَّمل: 91]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir I am commanded only that I should serve the Lord of this city, Who has made it sacred, and His are all things; and I am commanded that I should be of these who submit |
| Mohammad Shafi I have been commanded to worship the Lord of this City — the Lord who has made the city sacred, and to whom all things belong. And I have been commanded to be of those who surrender themselves to Him |
