Quran with British translation - Surah As-Sajdah ayat 16 - السَّجدة - Page - Juz 21
﴿تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمَضَاجِعِ يَدۡعُونَ رَبَّهُمۡ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ يُنفِقُونَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 16]
﴿تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع يدعون ربهم خوفا وطمعا ومما رزقناهم ينفقون﴾ [السَّجدة: 16]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Their sides draw away from (their) beds, they call upon their Lord in fear and in hope, and they spend (benevolently) out of what We have given them |
| Mohammad Shafi They keep themselves out of their beds, praying to their Lord in fear and in hope. And they spend out of what We have given them |
