﴿هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴾
[الصَّافَات: 21]
﴿هذا يوم الفصل الذي كنتم به تكذبون﴾ [الصَّافَات: 21]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir This is the day of the judgment which you called a lie |
| Mohammad Shafi This is the Day of Distinction (of those going to Paradise from those going to Hell), which you used to deny |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani (It will be said to them,) “This is the Day of Judgment that you used to deny.” |
| Muhammad Asad [And they will be told:] “This is the Day of Distinction [between the true and the false - the Day] which you were wont to call a lie!” |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali This is the Day of Verdict, which you used to cry lies to |
| Muhammad Sarwar This is the Day of Judgment in which you disbelieved |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani (It will be said to them,) .This is the Day of Judgment that you used to deny |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition ˹They will be told,˺ “This is the Day of ˹Final˺ Decision which you used to deny.” |
| Mustafa Khattab God Edition ˹They will be told,˺ “This is the Day of ˹Final˺ Decision which you used to deny.” |
| N J Dawood this is the Judgement-day which you denied.‘ |
| Safi Kaskas and [They will be told], "This is the Day of separation [between the good and the bad], which you used to deny |
