﴿فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡۘ يَوۡمَ يَدۡعُ ٱلدَّاعِ إِلَىٰ شَيۡءٖ نُّكُرٍ ﴾
[القَمَر: 6]
﴿فتول عنهم يوم يدع الداع إلى شيء نكر﴾ [القَمَر: 6]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir So turn (your) back on them (for) the day when the inviter shall invite them to a hard task |
| Mohammad Shafi So turn away from them on the Day when the Summoner summons to a thing forbidding |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall So withdraw from them (O Muhammad) on the day when the Summoner summoneth unto a painful thing |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Therefore, turn aside (O Prophet,) from them. (They will see the reality) on the day in which the caller will call (them) to a gruesome object |
| Muhammad Asad turn thou away from them. On the Day when the Summoning Voice will summon [man] unto something that the mind cannot conceive |
